Labor department
The labor department is responsible for managing everything related to labor relations and personnel administration for companies and freelancers. Its main functions include payroll preparation, management of employment contracts, employee registration and deregistration with Social Security, and calculation of contributions. It also handles sick leave, permits, and terminations, as well as providing advice on current labor legislation to ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, the labor department represents clients in labor inspections and helps manage labor disputes, dismissals, and employment regulation files (ERE/ERTE).

Representation
- Representation in labor and Social Security proceedings.
- Technical Assistance in the Social Jurisdiction and Appeal for Relief.
- Representation of the company before public bodies: Provincial Labor Directorate, Labor Inspection, SMAC, Social Courts (1st Instance).
- Representation before the Social Courts (1st Instance) in all types of labor and social security proceedings involving workers and/or employers.
- Representation and technical direction of proceedings before: Labor Inspection, conciliation centers, pre-litigation claims in the Social jurisdiction, contributory and non-contributory benefits, and social assistance.

Advisory
- Advisory and management in risk prevention.
- Labor audits, studies, and reports.
- Mediators in collective conflicts, agreements.
- Mediation outside the judicial sphere, so that parties involved in a dispute or disagreement can reach an agreement.
